Meet Shivani Reddy

Shivani Reddy is the founder and principal clinician at Inner Pathways Psychology. With over 18 years of experience in schools and private practice, she specialises in:

Neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and ADHD
Learning differences, including Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia
Mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression

Shivani works collaboratively with lawyers, families, schools, paediatricians, GPs, and other allied health professionals to provide coordinated, practical care. She also prepares psychological reports for Family Court, immigration, workcover, and NDIS evaluations. By combining thorough assessment, clear communication, and a supportive approach, Shivani helps clients and families make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.

Graduated with a major in Management from Western Sydney University, establishing a strong professional foundation.

Completed a Master of Teaching at WSU while simultaneously working as a Refugee Support Class Teacher, guiding children who had fled conflict.

'15

Began an 11-year tenure as a School Counsellor for the NSW Dept of Education while completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

'24

Worked as a Registered Psychologist for private clinics before establishing Inner Pathways Psychology in September.

'25

Appointed as a Single Expert Witness for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, combining clinical expertise with legal reporting.
